We require groups to provide a current certificate of insurance.
If you cannot provide one, we can help to direct you to reasonably priced vendors.
The amount for full use is $300, partial use is $175. Fee includes having someone to
open and close, prepare utilities, guide through facility, and be on call during your event.
Full use means using the electric, stoves or ovens, dishes, hot water and heat, refrigerators and/or freezer, etc.
Partial use means only counter space, electric, refrigerator, hot water, and heat.
An example is when a caterer is used and they bring their own tableware, dishes, etc.
These rates are discounted for members of Woodstown Meeting.
We have an easy-to-follow guide for set-up and clean-up of our Annex. We'll make it available upon your reservation.
